There are some pretty neat little forms and sheets in the back of the book. I am strongly considering photocopying them before I turn my book back into the library. I don't have a scanner so I can't really scan them into this post, and I'm pretty sure that's a copyright violation anyway. However, if you have been following my blog and think you might like to have copies of these forms for use in your own classroom, I could make a copy of mine and mail them to you. Sound like a deal?
